【来源】
为豆科植物滇桂崖豆藤的根或叶。
【植物形态】
滇桂崖豆藤 攀援状落叶藤本，长达10米。小枝密生短茸毛。叶互生；单数羽状复叶，长约30厘米。小叶11～13片，卵圆形，长5～8厘米，宽2～3厘米，先端渐尖，基部圆形至近心形，幼时两面密生丝状茸毛，老时近无毛。总状花序腋生，长5～9厘米，花淡紫色或绿色，长约2.5厘米，花冠蝶形，绿色；雄蕊成二组。荚果线形，长约10厘米，有黄色茸毛，长10～11厘米。 生于山坡灌木丛中或河边阴湿地。分布云南等地。
【采集】
全年可采，切碎晒干。
【性味】
①《云南中草药选》："淡辛，温，有毒。" ②《云南中草药》："苦微咸，热，有毒。"
【功用主治】
发汗，祛风，活血，止血。治风寒感冒，类风湿关节炎，跌打损伤，闭经，外伤出血。 ①《云南中草药选》："活血，止血，发散，解表。" ②《云南中草药》："止血，接骨，发汗，祛风。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，根：1～2分；研末或浸酒。外用：捣敷或研末调敷。
【宜忌】
孕妇忌服。
【选方】
①治跌打损伤，闭经，感冒风寒：大发汗根一至二分，水煎服或研末每服五匣。 ②治类风湿关节炎：大发汗根二钱，配伍泡酒，每次服五毫升。 ③治外伤出血：大发汗叶捣烂外敷。(宜忌以下出《云南中草药》)
