This article studies that the power match between the engine and the hydraulic pump of the sweeper drived by hydraulic pressure, and studies selection of the hydraulic components parameters of that machine, and the driving way and control of the CGJ1600SL sweeper.

Aiming at control of sweeper, the author introduced analyses on the theory of software and hardware of the system and their design using single chip computer (8752BH) as the core of control system.
