柞丝绸 tussah cloth 用柞蚕丝织造的丝织物。具有天然柞蚕丝(见柞蚕)的淡黄色,光泽柔和,手感柔软,吸湿性、透气性各色柞丝绸良好,耐酸,耐碱,热传导系数小,有良好的电绝缘性能。常用作各种衣着面料和装饰用织物,在工业和国防上用于制做耐酸工作服、带电作业服、炸弹药囊等。柞丝绸品种按其工艺不同分为有精练绸、漂白绸、提花绸、染色绸和印花绸等。出名品种有鸭江绸。由于柞蚕丝湿润后易伸长,在织造前必须进行蒸丝处理,且在加工过程中须保持干燥并严格控制张力,以免在绸面上出现亮经、亮纬疵点。绸坯经煮练后进行漂白、染色或印花、整理等加工成成品。柞丝绸缩水率大,经过防缩整理的成品绸缩水率可达2%。
