功效：
壮阳补肾、涵敛阳气
材料：
鹿鞭100克（干鹿鞭减半），瘦猪肉100克，菟丝子10克，杞子10克，巴戟5克，红枣5枚，黄酒1茶匙。
做法：
1、鹿鞭用热水浸透剖开，刮洗干净，切段，猪肉切成中块，鹿鞭和猪肉飞水。红枣去核。
2、将所用材料置于炖盅，加入适量沸水，炖盅加盖，隔水炖之。
3、待锅内水开后，先用大火炖30分钟，再用中火炖50分钟，后再小火炖90分钟即可。
4、炖好后，隔除药渣，用油，盐，味精调味，喝汤吃肉。
