This paper analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the railway transportation along Shuo-Huang section,propos-es corresponding measures for its capacity expansion and points out that efficient organization of the supplies of goods and the employment of pendulum transportation are the ways to better the integration of existing resources and to realize the maximum benefit on the whole.
