1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、检查三角皮带（或平皮带）的松紧度及磨损情况，如过紧过松，或磨损严重，
应及时调整或更换皮带。
3、检查两侧护板的磨损情况，如磨损严重，应予更换。
4、按工艺要求的块度，调整腭板的开口尺寸。
5、如没有防护罩，或防护罩不完好，就不得开车，以免出现人身事故。
6、用手盘动飞轮或拉动皮带，确认设备转动灵活，才可空载试车。
7、设备空运转正常后，才允许加料破碎。加料要均匀，不允许加入其它的料块。
8、经常注意出料情况，如有堵塞，要及时疏通。
9、停车前，必须将腭板间的料块全部破碎后，才可停车。
