This paper introduces the application current status of phosphate processing before the coating on machine tool parts in details,analyses the common problems of phosphate processing before the coating,propose the improvement measures and development directions in phosphate processing on machine tool industry.

With considering light-weight and safety of intensity,a concept was given about conservative and no-conservative fussy reliability design of machine parts,which the most universal method about reliability design was dichotomy and the core of dichotomy is the reliability of parts calculated accurately.

Based on the stochastic perturbation and fourth moment techniques,the theory of reliability design is combined with sensitivity analysis to develop a mathematical model for reliability-based sensitivity of mechanical components.

A simple and practical method of lifetime prediction for mechanical components during the forepart of products research and development--Weibull is introduced,and the key of lifetime prediction is how to confirm shape parameter,position parameter and scale parameter is pointed out.
