补充资料:串烧扇贝肉
材料: 鲜扇贝肉200克,洋葱一个,熏猪肉数条,竹签数串。
调料: 柠檬汁两中匙,精盐一小匙,胡椒粉半小匙,色拉油五大匙,青、红椒各一只。
做法: ①扇贝肉用柠檬汁、精盐及胡椒粉腌15分钟。
②青椒、洋葱及红椒切丁,熏猪肉切片。
③扇贝肉、青椒、洋葱、红椒、熏猪肉相间串上竹签。
④盘内加入色拉油,高火5分钟,放上扇贝肉串,四边煎透,高火2分钟便成。
