低温钢焊条

d一wengang hantlao低温钢焊条(eovered eleetrode for low tem-perature steel)专用于焊接低温钢的焊条。根据使用温度的不同,低温用钢可分为一40℃、一60℃、一70℃、一90℃、一100oC、一196℃和一253℃几个级别,低温钢焊条的分级与钢种的分级相一致,并要求焊缝韧性与同级别的钢种相匹配。为了提高焊缝韧性,低温钢焊条均采用碱性低氢型药皮,并对焊缝成分有较严格的要求:一40℃用的焊条,其焊缝成分可含1.5肠Ni,也可不含镍而含微量的钦和硼;一60‘C用焊条,其焊缝成分可含2.5%Ni,也可含1%Ni和微量的钦、硼;一90一一100℃用焊条,其焊缝中含镍量可达3%~5%;一196℃以下用的焊条,往往采用奥氏体组织的焊条。 采用低温钢焊条施焊时,应尽量采用较小的焊接线能量,预热和层间温度也宜控制得低一些,以便改善焊缝区和热影响区的韧性。但是,随着焊缝中合金含量的增多,裂纹敏感性增高,为防止焊接裂纹应采取适当预热,层间温度应不低于预热温度,但不要超过200一300‘C。 (尹士科)
