性质:当压电晶体(常用石英晶片)表面上加有一定量的物质后,压电晶体的振荡频率将发生改变,其晶体振荡频率的变化值(ΔF)和晶片面上物质量的变化(ΔM)间服从绍尔贝格方程(Sauerberg equation)。在压电晶片表面涂复上一层能与被测物呈选择性反应的吸附剂,经与被测物反应后,据ΔF值可测出被测物的量。此类传感器可用于气相以及液相中组分的测定。
