血氢离子浓度
指血浆的酸碱度,以pH表示。正常人血浆pH值约在7.35~ 7.45之间。人体所能耐受的pH值最大变动范围约为6.9~7.8。血浆pH值之所以能保持相对恒定,与肺、肾功能和血液缓冲系统的作用密切有关。酸中毒时pH降低,碱中毒时pH增高。
