In this paper,light propagation path has been analyzed,and geometrical relation between center of actual rod in glass tube and edge of rod in image from a section has been analyzed by pinhole camera model,and line equation through actual rod center of the section has been derived with the edge of rod in image.

针孔照相机(Pinhole camera)，从单镜头反光相机上卸下镜头，装上带接拍圈的针孔板使可拍摄。针孔的直径愈小，聚焦愈清晰可见，但是变得非常暗。比较实用的是，以0.3—0.6毫米径进行试验才好。
