| 生物反馈 biofeedback 根据操作条件反射原理，引导患者经过有意识的学习和自我调节而在不用或少用药物的情况下，改善或治愈心身疾病的一种行为治疗方法。在临床上，用肌电、脑电图、皮肤温度等反馈仪，对机体生理功能的状态加以探查、放大，并通过记录和显示的装置，把这些信息转变成某种信号或读数，让受训练者自己感受到这些生理功能的变化。经反复练习，可使患者逐渐学会在某种状态下采用，并且在某种程度上调节这些功能。 |
