Now, in our country, the dyed-reagent for spun-dyed viscose is pigment, but it is only suitable for short-fibre in that the particles of dyed-reagent are big and irregulary, they can assemble easily ; the color of dyed-reagent will change during spinning viscose; the dyed-reagent is not good at resis.
目前国内应用于粘胶纺液着色的着色剂主要是颜料,但仅适用于粘胶短纤维纺液着色,不能用于粘胶长丝纺液着色加工,主要原因是:颜料颗粒较大、形状不规则、易集聚,纺丝过程中色浆易变色,耐酸、耐碱性差,可纺性差,而且颜料易粘附在管路、喷丝头处等。
