| 马兰(1874～1959) Malan，Daniel Francois 南非国民党的创立者之一，白人种族主义“理论”家和种族隔离政策的制订者。1874 年5月22日生于开普省西部一个布尔农场主家庭，1959年2月7日卒于斯泰伦博斯。在荷兰获得神学博士学位。回南非后长期从事荷兰改良教会牧师工作。马兰敌视非洲黑人，公开宣扬荷裔南非白人 （布尔人）是特殊的民族 ，上帝赋予他们在非洲创造布尔文明的使命。1918 年进入议会 ，1924 年担任J.B.M.赫佐格内阁的教育、内政和卫生部长，组成国民党的极右翼。1933年国民党和南非党合并为南非统一党，马兰退党。另组“纯粹”的国民党，得到许多法西斯组织的支持。在1948年大选中，马兰的国民党获得多数席位，上台执政。他执政 6 年中，推行种族歧视政策，建立种族隔离制度，1951年通过的《集团住区法》把居民按肤色分为白种人 、有色人、非洲人等集团，各集团必须分区居住 ，不得混淆 ，为此把数以万计的黑人赶出城市，使他们流离失所。 |
