性质:进行粗粉碎和中粉碎的一种粉碎机。活动牙板对固定牙板作周期性的往复运动,而物块在其中受挤压而被粉碎。当两牙板离开时,已经压碎的物料由于重力而卸下。活动牙板的摆动按其心轴的位置,可分为牙板上悬式和牙板下支式;按运动特征,可分为简单摆动式与复杂运动式;按传动机构,可分为单铰链机构、双铰链机构和凸轮机构。这种机器对被处理物料的尺寸适应范围很大,构造简单,管理、维修较方便,运转时间较长;但操作有间断性,机器零件承受负荷较大,机器基础大,粉碎比不高。
