The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to evaluate the optimum effect of the preventing wear tools of casing was put forward,which combined drilling engineering actuality with casing wear analysis technique and started with affecting factors of preventing wear tools of casing selection and relation composing of the factors,and the database was established.

By using the profile modeling machining equipment of helix angle, a new method about grinding rake face of gear cutter hob on tool grinder is presented.

The NC remaking scheme of tool grinder is a closed-loop control system, which uses single-chip microcomputer as a control system and step motor as the executive equipment.
