Based on analyzing and researching the temperature control system ofFRP production line in Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass Factory, this paper designsa electric-controlled system revolved by PIC, and improves on the controlarithmetic of the system applying with the technology of the fuzzy control andthe PID control, and designs the model of FUZZY-PID controller in this paper,so as to advance the system.
本文是在深入分析秦皇岛耀华玻璃厂原有玻璃钢波瓦生产线存在问题的基础上,设计了以PLC为中心控制器的电控系统,并运用模糊控制技术和PID控制技术,改进了原有温度控制系统的控制算法,并设计了模糊—PID智能温控系统,达到对原系统替代升级的目的。
