补充资料:胎盘
胎盘 placenta 妊娠过程中于母体子宫内形成的 、胎儿与母体组织的结合体。由羊膜、叶状绒毛膜和底蜕膜构成。足月胎盘重500~600克,约为新生儿体重的1/6,直径约18~20厘米,厚约2.5厘米。分母体面与子面,母体面由蜕膜隔成18~20个胎盘小叶,直接与母体子宫蜕膜(妊娠期的子宫内膜)接触;子面由羊膜覆盖,表面光滑,脐带动、静脉从脐带附着点分枝向四周呈放射状分布,直达胎盘边缘。胎盘除了为母儿进行物质交换外,还有代谢、屏障、免疫和合成多种激素和酶的功能。胎盘发育异常和疾病直接影响胎儿发育,或引起流产、早产和胎盘早期剥离以及产后出血等产科疾病。
