Aiming at the problems of cemented carbide used in 30CrMnSiA high-strength alloy steel processing such as low processing properties and short service life,this paper studies the production process of high carbonized titanium tantalum-niobium hard alloy D1# upon elaborate investigations of cutlery design and production as well as finishing technique upon 30CrMnSiA\'s elastic quench.
针对30CrMnSiA等高强度合金钢调质后的加工性能差和刀具使用寿命短的生产实际问题,经过对刀具的设计、制造以及30CrMnSiA弹性淬火后精加工工艺等方面的生产调研,论述了碳化钛含量高达25%的高碳化钛新性能钽铌硬质合金材料D1#的研制过程。
