{希}莶草 {希}莶草 拼音名：Xixiancao 英文名：HERBA SIEGESBECKIAE 书页号：2000年版一部-301 本品为菊科植物{希}莶Siegesbeckia orientalis L.、腺梗{希}莶Siegesbeckia pubescens Makino 或毛梗{希}莶Siegesbeckia glabrescens Makino的干燥地上部分。 夏、秋二季花开前及花期均可采割，除去杂质，晒干。
【性状】
本品茎略呈方柱形，多分枝，长30～ 110cm，直径0.3～1cm；表面灰绿 色、黄棕色或紫棕色，有纵沟及细纵纹，被灰色柔毛；节明显，略膨大；质脆，易折断， 断面黄白色或带绿色，髓部宽广，类白色，中空。叶对生，叶片多皱缩、卷曲，展平后 呈卵圆形，灰绿色，边缘有钝锯齿，两面皆有白色柔毛，主脉3 出。有的可见黄色头状 花序，总苞片匙形。气微，味微苦。
【炮制】
{希}莶草 除去杂质，洗净，稍润，切段，干燥。 酒[希]莶草 取净{希}莶草段，照酒蒸法（附录Ⅱ D）蒸透。 每100kg[希]莶草，用黄酒20kg。
【性味与归经】
辛、苦，寒。归肝、肾经。
【功能与主治】
祛风湿，利关节，解毒。用于风湿痹痛，筋骨无力，腰膝酸软， 四肢麻痹，半身不遂，风疹湿疮。
【用法与用量】
9～12g。
【贮藏】
置通风干燥处。
