naihuozhuan liagong耐火砖加工(refraetory briek proeess)采用专用机械设备或手工操作工具改变耐火砖外形尺寸的作业。按加工方式可分为手工加工和机械加工两类。 手工加工适用于加工数量较少或加工形状不宜采用机械加工的耐火砖。手工加工效率较低，砖的损耗率高，劳动强度大，粉尘危害较重，加工质量一般不如机械加工的好。手工加工工具主要有偏子、钎子、手锤和双刃锤等。其中双刃锤的刃口及钎子的尖部多采用硬度高、韧性好的合金钢制作。手工加工的程序为:画线~用偏子和手锤要断多余的部分，用钎子凿削断面的凸出部分~用双刃锤细凿削加工面，用角向磨光机或砂轮片研磨加工面。 机械加工适用于加工数量较多、质量要求较高的耐火砖。机械加工效率高，砖损耗率低，可采用通风除尘设施改善劳动条件。按加工的复杂程度可分为简单机械加工和组合砖机械加工两种形式。 (l)简单机械加工。适用于加工形状简单、规格统一、数量大的耐火砖。简单机械加工多在耐火砖加工厂中进行，主要采用磨砖机和切砖机进行切砖和磨砖加工。切砖加工用以改变砖的形状尺寸，其加工程序为:画线~切割~检查验收。磨砖加工用于保证砖的精度，以校正砖的外形及尺寸，其加工程序为:检砖分类一粗磨~检查~精磨~检查验收。 (2)组合砖机械加工。用专门的机械设备，以一定的加工工艺流程，将母砖(未经加工组合的单体砖坯)加工成外形尺寸合乎要求的子砖。组合砖机械加工工艺较复杂，需要较精密的机械设备，对操作人员的技术水平尤其是放样画线的技术要求较高，可采用计算机进行计算放样。其主要加工机械有大型湿式切砖机、立式侧面磨砖机和曲面加工机等，加工工艺流程为:放样~母砖画线~切断~干燥~端面加工〔磨或铣)~预组装及修整。 成品子砖预组装时，还需根据预组装的要求对其进行微量修磨。 (王玉珍)
