性质:为半合成的第三代头孢菌素。其单钠盐为白色或微黄白色结晶性粉末,无臭或微臭,熔点197~210℃,旋光度 -28.2°(c=0.5,水)。易溶于水,难溶于甲醇,几乎不溶于乙醇、醚和丙酮。对革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌及厌氧菌有广谱抗菌活性,尤对绿脓杆菌抗菌作用强。对β-内酰胺酶高度稳定,对TEM型青霉素酶也稳定。
