Three groups of synthetic polycrystalline diamond were sintered under different conditions, then the magnetism and abrasion ratio of the synthetic polycrystalline diamond were measured by using WCF -2 and JS71 - A respectively, while the influence of different technics and bonds on magnetism and abrasion ratio were analyzed.
结果表明:人造金刚石聚晶的磨耗比与磁性之间存在着一定的关系,即一定的烧结条件下聚晶的磁性愈强反而它的磨耗比愈小。

The magnetism of the synthetic polycrystalline diamond and its raw materials including diamond powder,silicon powder,titanium powder,graphite and resultant carborundum was measured by WCF-2.
采用WCF-2多用磁性分析仪对高温高压烧结的人造金刚石聚晶及其合成原料(金刚石粉、硅粉、钛粉、石墨)和烧结过程中生成的碳化硅等进行了磁性测量。
