筋缩 ①证名。即缩筋。即筋脉挛急不舒，多伴有疼痛。可由受寒、受热等因素伤及筋脉，或血虚不能荣筋所致。见《脉经》卷三。《杂病源流犀烛·筋骨皮肉毛发病源流》：“筋缩为热，缩者短促。……是其意实以‘缩即为拘挛’之义。”如兼见舌卷囊缩、唇青者，多属危候。参见筋挛、痹、痿等条目。 ②经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。《医学入门》作筋束。属督脉。在背部，当后正中线上，第9胸椎棘突下凹陷中。布有第九胸神经后支的内侧支和第九肋间动脉后支。主治胃痛，脊强，瘈疭，腰背痛，癫痫，及肝炎，胆囊炎等。向上斜刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
