donq一guandao onzhuong氮气管道安装(installation of nitrogen pipehne)氮气是冶金工厂制氧车间的主要产品之一。可用以吹刷燃气管道和冶金炉内部，也常作密封和保护气体使用。氮气管道一般与煤气管道或其他工业管道架空共架敷设。其安装工序包括安装准备、支架安装、管道吊装、管道连接、压力试验、管道吹扫和送气等。 安装准备氮气管道安装前，除应做好管件加工和除锈等技术准备工作外，还要将加工时残留在管内的焊渣、金属屑、泥砂、杂物等清除干净，对输送高纯度氮气的管道及阀类、管件等还要进行脱脂处理(见氧气管道安装)。 支架安装氮气管道与煤气管道共架敷设时，氮气管道应焊在煤气管道之上。氮气管道单独敷设时，其支架应按设计要求进行中心找正和标高安装。车间内的氮气管道支架一般焊在墙、柱或梁架上，要求安装牢固，位置正确，无偏斜松动现象。 管道吊装与煤气管道共架敷设的氮气管道，其安装要在煤气管道安装、支架检查无误后进行，一般可采用自行式吊装机械。室内管道可借助车间内的桥式起重机或用链式起重机吊装。室内管道穿过墙和楼板时要埋设套管。管道上架后要进行找正调直，做到标高与坡度正确，阀门、附件、排水器等安装位置准确。检查合格后，管道方可连接固定。补偿器与管道同时安装时，应在管道固定前对补偿器进行预拉伸，拉伸量为设计补偿量的1/2。埋地管道一般采用人工安装，安装中应注意保护管道防腐层。 管道连接外部管道均采用焊接。管径几〔somm的管子采用氧一乙炔焰焊接，D。>somm的管子采用电焊(或氢弧焊打底)，高压管道均采用电焊或氢弧焊。室内中低压管道，D。毛somm的一般采用螺纹连接。管道与阀门、仪表、设备和配件连接采用法兰或螺纹连接。支管与干管连接时，如果从干管上引出支管，必须从干管上部开孔，以防干管的凝结水进入支管和设备。在高压管道上开三通应采用钻孔，禁止用火焰切割。 压力试验管道安装、固定合格后应进行压力试验，包括强度试验和严密性试验。强度试验的介质采用水或压缩空气。用水时，试验压力为工作压力的1，25倍;用压缩空气时，试验压力为工作压力的1.巧倍。严密性试验的介质一般用压缩空气，试验压力等于工作压力。 管道吹扫管道压力试验合格后应进行管道吹扫。一般采用压缩空气或氮气，将在安装过程中残留在管内的铁屑、焊渣、泥土、杂物等吹扫干净，以防通气时这些残留物进入仪表和设备。用氮气进行吹扫，试验或通气时，要防止氮气泄漏。氮气排放时要排放到室外较高的地方，以免危害人身安全。 (胡连富)
