It deems that it can solve not only the issues of depletion,water shortage and sedimentation of the middle and lower Yellow River,but also alleviate the water pollution and environment deterioration by the ways of "flood storage","sediment regulation","washout pollution","bed-building" and "flood diversion" through the study on flood resources implementation of the Yellow River.

In this paper,the ENO scheme and the Runge-Kutta time discertization method were applied to the one-dimensional Saint-Venant water equations for numerical simulation of dam-break flows,and the water depth and the velocity along the distance were obtained.
