vibrating auto loader

ehueao zhendong zhuongyun]-储槽振动装运机(vibrating auto loader)靠储槽振动完成装卸的地下装运机。用于地下采场、巷道、隧道及其他工程装运作业。由储槽、激振器、机架、行走底盘、动力和控制系统组成(见图)。振动槽用平衡蒸鬓长聋冷 储槽振动装运机结构 l前缘;2一振动槽:3一平衡重块;4平衡杆: 5一液压缸;6弹簧;7一激振器;8摇杆: 9一槽架;1。一行走底盘;11后挡板杆、摇杆悬挂在机架上;激振器在机架上部,作定向振动,通过主振弹簧带动储槽振动,平衡重和弹簧用以消除惯性力;机架与行走底盘铰接,端部装有后挡板,用油缸控制绕铰轴转动打开。行走底盘为履带车或轮胎车。开动机器前进,使储槽前缘插人岩堆,在振动力和插人力的作用下,储槽中产生物料流,输送到槽后端,为提高装载效率和装满储槽,振动系统可绕储槽后铰点向上转动,装满后驶向卸载点,打开后挡板,接通激振器,矿岩从储槽中卸出。储槽振频为16Hz,振幅为lomm,最大装载块度达400mm。振动装运机尚处于初期发展阶段。 (赵呈东)
