In order to improve the low efficiency and high energy consumption existed in available machines for separation of plastics from municipal solid waste(MSW) in China these days,a new wind sifting equipment was invented under principles from process design,system design and equipment design.
经历过一些实践,分析认为风力分选设备应从工艺设计角度优先考虑在垃圾腐熟后阶段设置;在系统设计上,应力求物料厚度、抛撒速度、落差与风选机相匹配;通过在风选室内设置接力滚筒,可以大大改善风力作用衰减、延长轻料输送距离角度;采用新型转子离心分离机,可以大幅度缩小分选设备占地面积、高度、循环风量和环境粉尘排放。
