The ternary phase diagrams of HPC/water/glycerol as well as binodal line and spinodal line were simulated based on Flory-Huggins\'s polymer solution theory using water as solvent and glycerol as nonsolvent, using the method of Matlab computer process for the first time.

as compared with pure water-jet under identical conditions, by dissolving very small amount of polymer additives in water,it can change the properties of distribution of the turbulent kinetic energy and its dissipation rate, reduce the Reynolds stress and the spreading rate,and enhance coherence.
