| 温泉 hot spring 水温超过20℃的泉。水温超过当地年平均气温的泉也称温泉。温泉的水多是由降水或地表水渗入地下深处，吸收四周岩石的热量后又上升流出地表的。一般是矿泉。泉水温度等于或略超过当地的水沸点的称沸泉；能周期性地、有节奏地喷水的温泉称间歇泉。中国已知的温泉点约2400多处。台湾、广东、福建、江西、云南、西藏等地温泉较多，其中最多的是云南，有温泉400多处。腾冲的温泉最著名，数量多，水温高，富含硫质。世界上著名的间歇泉主要分布在冰岛、美国黄石公园和新西兰北岛的陶波。 |
