Objective:To investigate changes in the pathways of short wavelength sensitive cones,the rod system and the two trough a waves when blue on yellow flash ERG is used on patients with non exudative age related macular degeneration.
目的 :采用黄色背景光蓝闪光刺激ERG(blue on yellowflash ,ERG)方法 ,探讨非渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)的短波长敏感视锥细胞通路、视杆细胞系统以及双谷a波的改变特征。
