This paper firstly introduces the structure,classification and function of towing hook,and presents the meaning and basic theory of strength analysis by FEM.
文章采用有限元方法对拖钩强度进行分析以某轿车的拖钩为例,重点介绍了拖钩强度分析的具体流程,通过与目标值的对比,对其结构强度进行评价;并根据分析结果确定了优化拖钩结构的方案;对优化后的结构重新进行分析,仿真计算结果表明,拖钩的强度得到了提高。
