滑水板运动 aquaplane 用快速摩托艇牵引一块滑水板,运动员站在板上随浪平衡、滑行的水上运动。滑水板长1.52~1.83米,宽0.77米,重9~32千克,用五夹板或硬木制成。滑水板上的后部是一片粗糙的脚垫,前端两边分别拴有两根短绳,绳的一端有结,便于运动员拉住,使其在板上有一个较稳定的姿势。滑水板有一根长15~22米的牵引线,拴在板的前端,用它拖挂在摩托艇的尾部。摩托艇牵引的前进速度一般在每小时32千米左右,高速行驶可达每小时90多千米。滑水时运动员从俯卧姿势开始。当摩托艇牵引滑水板起动时,运动员两手紧紧抓住滑水板的两边和绳结,两腿则拖在后面。滑水板加速后,运动员在脚垫上移动两膝和双脚,然后两手转变成紧抓绳结而站立滑行。运动员在滑水板上可以用转移体重到某一只脚上的方法来驾驭滑水板。由于滑水板的前端有一定的仰角,加上板的浮力和快速前进,运动员能在板上维持平衡,并表演各种技巧动作。技术熟练的运动员可以不拉绳子在板上表演各种特技动作。
