Based on the result of reinforced concrete accelerated corrosion experiment,the constitutive relation between corrosion rate and ultimate bond strength was given.
根据钢筋快速锈蚀试件的粘结破坏试验结果 ,考虑混凝土保护层厚度、混凝土强度、钢筋直径、钢筋种类和钢筋位置 5种因素对锈蚀率与粘结强度关系的影响 ,给出了钢筋锈蚀率与钢筋混凝土极限粘结强度的本构关系。

The result shows that the ultimate bond strength and the slippage rise at first and then drop with the increase of the corrosion rate under the same fatigue load.
研究表明:疲劳荷载强度相同,极限粘结强度和滑移差值随着钢筋锈蚀率的增加,呈现出先升后降的趋势,即当钢筋锈蚀率小于2%时,其疲劳极限粘结强度上升;而当钢筋锈蚀率大于4%时,其疲劳极限粘结强度下降。

The result of the experiment indicated that the strength limit and elastic modulus of the material can increase after annealing treatment within the temperature range, but at the same time, the material became crisp and its plasticity declined remarkably.
