Analysis results indicate:absent of lubrication among out-strands leading to a lot of wire breaking is direct cause for wire rope sudden breaking in use; the main causes of wire breaking between strands are unsuitable lubrication process in wire rope production,bad lubricating grease,unsuitable lubrication maintenance mode and time,without use special maintenance lubrication grease.
