According to hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB ) theory,a kind of novel emulsion(CO-1),applied to the experiment cold rolled copper sheet,was developed by controlling of the compositions of emulsion,such as base oil,emulsifying reagent,extreme pressure,anti-wear reagent,antirust and so on.
根据亲水亲油平衡理论,通过选择合适的基础油、乳化剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂等添加剂,研制了适用于冷轧铜带所需的CO-1冷轧乳化液,并成功地应用于冷轧铜带工业实验。
