试样 sample 从大量物料(分析对象的总体)中取得的有代表性的一小部分。又称样品。在误差允许范围内,这一小部分试样应能代表大量物料的组成。通常把试样准备称为分析的基础,因为分析结果是否准确,基于试样代表性的好坏。分析对象可分均相的和非均相的两大类。像混合良好的气体或液体以及纯金属等均相物料,取样通常比较容易。对于不均匀的固态物质,取样就较困难,应按一定程序(例如工业标准规定的程序)取样,并对颗粒仍然较大的试样,经过破碎、缩分、研磨、过筛(无机物料一般要求通过100目筛孔)等步骤,制备成适合于作分析用的试样。试样在制备过程中,常需使用机械进行破碎、缩分、研磨等,机械磨损常会导致铁、锰等元素污染试样,应尽可能采用特硬耐磨材料,或采用玛瑙研钵手工研磨,以求减轻污染。供分析用的生物试样的制备,也有金属污染的问题,宜用瓷制的研钵和杵进行手工研磨,以减少污染。还有一种稀用方法就是经液氮冷冻之后,用锤敲打来压碎动物组织的试样。 试样分解是指湿法分析中将试样内的被测组分转入适当溶液中的过程。分解试样时需注意:①应合理地快而有效。②不应腐蚀容器。③不应引入会干扰以后分析的任何物质,除非这种引入物是易于除去的。④不应引入过量的盐,即使这些盐是相对惰性的,也不应引入太多。⑤不致引起任何组分的损失,除非是试样中那些不要求分析的组分。⑥最好不用不寻常的设备。 |
