Metal-plate-connected(MPC) wood trusses for roofs and floors have been used in light-frame residential and commercial constructions for decades.

In recent years wood trusses are widely used in buildings due to their excellent performance and ease of construction.

Combined with practical engineering,the author introduces the making process of pipe truss from member cutting and truss welding,and illustrates the hoisting of truss from the hoisting of main truss and the glide of pipe truss,in order to ensure the making and installation quality of truss and offer a reference for similar engineering.
