Discussion on digging effect on thin flims deposited by electron beam evaporation with substrate held by plate jig;

The fixture has an original structure,which solve the question of the fixture balance,and not only apply to the two-hole processing,but also to the three-hole processing that is not in a straight line at the same time.

In this paper,working principle,composed structure and manufacturing characteristic of an improved jig type (selft propagating high temperature synthesis,SHS) centrifugal machine were introduced and several main issues concerning with fabricating ceramic lined composite piping by SHS technology were discussed as well.
