Objectiv To observe the therapeutic of the draw up prescription expelling endogenous wind to relieve convulsion, astringing lung to stop cough in treating 55 cases of larynary cough.
为观察自拟方祛风解痉敛肺止咳治疗喉源性咳嗽的疗效,将55例喉源性咳嗽患者随机分成两组,治疗组29例用自拟方;对照组26例用联邦止咳露。

肺咳 病证名。 ①因肺经病变，咳喘有声，甚则唾血之证。《素问·咳论》：“肺咳之状，咳而喘息有音，甚则唾血。”因寒所致者，用麻黄汤；肺虚有火者，用泻白一物汤、人参补肺汤。参见肺经咳嗽条。 ②十咳之一。《诸病源候论·咳嗽病诸候》：“七日肺咳。咳而引颈项而唾涎沫是也。”参见十咳、咳嗽条。
