平套 苏绣主要针法之一。套针的一种。是分皮顺序相套进行，由后皮线条嵌入前皮线条中间，丝丝相夹，还衔接着再前一皮线条的末尾，使之镶色和顺，绣面平服。刺绣步骤：第一皮用齐针出边，线条长约1—2市分。第二皮起称“套”。套的线条比出边的线条长十分之一，是用一丝相隔一丝的稀针，罩过出边的十分之六，稀针排列的距离要与线条粗细相适应。第三皮的线条，长短与第二皮同，每针在嵌入第二皮线条中间的同时需与第一皮末尾相衔接。以后各皮均照此类推。适用于绣被面、台毯上的花鸟、树石等。绣时需注意排针稀密与用线粗细要均匀，每皮丝理要一致。
