For adapting the demand of manufacture enterprise for general CAPP, the paper proposes a model of current CAPP system based on facility capability navigation, aiming to improve the practicability and general-utility of CAPP system, to realize the facility and opening of the operation of CAPP, and to satisfy the practical requirement of fast CAPP.
