联运经营人赔偿责任制是指国际运输中,关于货物联运经营人所负赔偿责任的习惯做法。有统一责任制、网状责任制和修正的统一责任制等三种形式。统一责任制规定不论货物灭失损坏发生在全程运输的哪一个区段,均按照统一的责任规定确定联运经营人负赔偿责任。网状责任制是以联运经营人的特殊赔偿责任与分包人的赔偿责任相结合的责任制度。修正的统一的责任制是联运经营人对货物灭失损坏所承担的赔偿责任,基本上按统一的责任标准判定。但在赔偿责任的某个方而如责任限额上有不同的规定。
