In this article,we have proposed the layered graph algorithm and vertex coloring algorithm for optimized traffic sequence,which use genetic algorithm to arrange the calculation order of the scheduled multicast traffic in optical networks and compared them with the algorithm that arranges traffics in temporal sequence.

The state of the art of the research on the mesoscale models and operational forecasting with respect to the United States, United Kingdom and Japan is introduced, the problems peculiar to a mesoscale model and its tendency of development, and their implications to developing the mesoscale model of our country are outlined.

By analyzing the existing problems,the paper suggests that hotel management should strengthen hotel reservation business by diversifying reservation means and designing appropriate pricing and promoting system.
