丹麦DDS公司所属糖厂能源消耗居世界最低水平，其节能经验概括起来是：采用五效蒸发和先进的热力系统；充分利用通常未利用的低温热源；采用热能压缩技术；尽可能抽用后效汁汽；千方百计节约生产工艺过程用汽等。 我国甜菜糖厂大多采用三效压力蒸发带浓缩罐，或四效真空蒸发； DDS公司所属五家糖厂中，除附有精练糖加工的萨克斯科宾糖厂外，其余四家糖厂全都采用五效蒸发（见附图）；其优点不仅蒸汽利用系数高，而且为抽用更后效的汁汽创造了条件。 DDS糖厂五效蒸发的温度条件见附表： 五效蒸发温度条件 蒸发罐效数 一 效 二 效 三 效 四 效 五 效 糖汁温度℃ 130 124 116 102 85 加热汽鼓温度℃ 136 129.3 122.8 113.3 98.3 采用这种温度条件的意图是，将三效、四效糖汁温度分别保持在116℃和 102℃(有些厂保持在104℃)，从而为充分利用三、四效汁汽煮糖创造条件。 采用五效蒸发后，一效糖汁温度必须提高；为了减少蒸发时糖汁色值增加，DDS糖厂选定了130℃；实践说明、采用这一温度，蒸发过程色值增加不多，属可以接受的范围 (但要求蒸发的汁热稳定性高)。 据DDS公司介绍，将第五效浓糖汁(糖浆)的温度设定为85℃，而不采用更低的温度，是为了有利于煮糖；此外，还因DDS糖厂可以利用五效汁汽先进行一次加热，然后才去冷凝器，所以虽然将五效糖汁温度定为85℃，也不会造成过多的热量损失。 |
