In accordance with the problem of short service life of the finishing mill's gear spindle sleeve for Baosteel's 2050mm hot strip rolling unit,effect of the failure on the gear spindle sleeve has been analyzed in the following aspects: quality and accuracy of the gear spindle sleeve;impact vibration in clearance between the gear spindle sleeve and spindle;diameter error of work rolls and so on.
针对宝钢分公司2050热轧精轧机扁头套使用寿命低的问题,分析了扁头套的自身质量及精度,扁头套与轧辊扁头间的间隙冲击扭振,工作辊直径误差等方面对精轧机扁头套失效的影响,进而制定提高扁头套的额定传递扭矩,减小间隙冲击扭振,减小工作辊的“上压”或“下压”等改进措施并加以实施,从而使扁头套的使用寿命提高了一倍。

| 扁头哈那鲨 Notorhynchus platycephalus；seven-gilled shark 六鳃鲨目哈那鲨属的一种。成鱼体长2～3米。鳃孔7个，头宽扁，吻广圆。眼侧位。喷水孔细小。口宽大，弧形。上颌无正中牙，每侧6牙，细长外斜，外缘具 1～3小齿头；下颌具1正中牙，每侧6牙，宽扁梳状，具5～6齿头，第三齿头最大 ，其余较小 。背鳍 1个，后位；尾鳍长，尾椎轴低平；臀鳍小；腹鳍约与背鳍等大；胸鳍较大，后缘微凹，外角钝尖。体灰褐色，具不规则暗色斑点。分布于地中海、印度洋及太平洋西北部各海区。栖息近海底层，游泳缓慢，性凶猛，主食中 、小型鱼类及甲壳动物 。卵胎生。在黄海产量较大，为渔业捕捞对象之一。皮可制革，肉供食用，肝可制鱼肝油。
