Based on the state-of-the-art of structural analysis of machine tool, considering the lower of process precision of surface grinder, the static and dynamic analysis were performed to components and complete of grinder, using ANSYS FEA software, improvement projects were proposed, also the optimization was carried out and has validated the feasibility of improvement projects.
本文在总结机床结构分析发展现状的基础上，针对某型平面磨床加工精度不高的问题，利用ANSYS有限元软件对其部件及整机结构进行了静、动态分析，提出改进方案，进行优化分析，并对改进后的结构进行了验证。
