饮 饮   ①病名。饮证的总称。出《素问·至真要大论》。包括痰饮、悬饮、溢饮、支饮等。《金匮要略·痰饮咳嗽脉证并治》:“夫饮有四,何谓也?师曰:有痰饮,有悬饮,有溢饮,有支饮。”《诸病源候论·痰饮病诸候》:“诸饮者,皆由荣卫气否涩,三焦不调,而因饮水多停积而成痰饮。”其证因饮在各经而异,《证治汇补》卷二:“在心则怔忡眩晕,在肺则喘急咳嗽,在脾则短气痞满,在肝则胁满嚏痛,在肾则脐下悸动,在上则面浮,在下则跗肿,在胃中则胸满口渴而水入即吐,在经络则一臂不遂而复移一臂,在肠间则雷鸣泄泻或为溺结与癃闭相似,在阳分不去,久则化气与黄肿相似,在阴分不去,久则成形与积块相似,在左胁者形同肥气,在右胁者形同息贲。”治疗初宜分消,次宜调养,虚宜温中,久宜暖肾。参见悬饮、溢饮、痰饮、支饮条。   ②方剂剂型之一。如甘露饮、香薷饮等。   ③饮食水谷之总称。《素问·经脉别论》:“饮入于胃,游溢精气,上输于脾,脾气散精,上归于肺,通调水道,下输膀胱,火精四布,五经并行。”
