性质:简称深冷。达到-100℃以下低温的冷冻技术。实质上就是气体液化的技术。通常采用机械方法,如用节流膨胀或绝热膨胀等法可得低达-210℃的低温;用绝热退磁法可得1K以下的低温。设备是压缩机、换热器和膨胀机(或节流阀)。压缩机和膨胀机一般采用往复式或涡轮机(或节流阀)。压缩机和膨胀机一般采用往复式或涡轮式。换热器一般采用蛇管式、列管式或板翅式。依靠深度冷冻技术,可研究物质在接近绝对零度时的性质,并可用于气体的液化和气体混合物的分离。工业上可以得到液态氧、液态天然气等;可以有效地分离空气中的氮、氧、氩、氖、氪,天然气或水煤气中的氢,石油裂化气或裂解气中的甲烷、乙烯、丙烯等。广泛用于石油化工、液化气体等。
